"Update!! The day you contacted was about a different subject.. you’re supposed to give 45 to 60 days of written notice which I did not get my address was wrong from the start which I tried to change countless times New York State suspend my wife’s license for license plates that were never turned in accidentally. It was not even a driving violation a communication was very poor. I always got receptionist every time I call and you were either busy or out of town or the list it was. I have no email or piece of mail stating my auto policies were canceled. Thank you that is all !! Update over They were great at first… then something popped up with my wife’s license that made them cancel the policy without notifying me directly.. they sent papers to the wrong address after I have email chains saying they changed my address and I called several times. It was very hard ever to reach a manager or my agent. They said they called and left voicemails stating this which have no records indicating that! Poor poor poor communication, and it is illegal to cancel coverage without notification in state so there’s that too. You guys have to get better! Unacceptable and unprofessional by every means. Lucky I did not get in an accident in that 1 month span.. I had to call you guys just to figure out I didn’t have insurance and your receptionist didn’t even know what’s going on in the system. My address never even updated in the system."
