"To be honest this used to be a good company but now they are saying that every 6 months they increase the payment?? Me and my boyfriend had to pay 567 for 2 cars, it used to be 442 for the 2 cars and we asked why and that’s what we were told. So we paid and not even 5 days passed and we got progressive and wow they are way cheaper for 2 cars less than 200, we went back to cancel the plan and the lady told us that she could cancel it the next day?? A day we weren’t going to use anymore?? She said we would revicive a refund for the days we didn’t use which was only 5 days we used. We got the refund on Saturday 04/12/2025 and they only refunded 145??? Out of the 567 we paid?? That is insane. For only 5 days you would think you would get at least 350 but we just revived 145 🤦‍♀️ ANYWAYS I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL YOUR BETTER OFF IF YOU GET PROGRESSIVE. If I could give a 0 star I would but it only allows a 1 star. smh 🤦‍♀️"
